An ex-girlfriend of Manchester City star Kerolin Nicoli has died in a car accident at the age of 27.
Rafaela Del Bianchi, a women's football influencer, was thrown from the vehicle when it overturned in a crash in Sao Paulo, according to local reports in Brazil.
The incident happened on the Lix da Cunha Highway in Campinas in the early hours of Friday, October 3.
The Sao Paulo Public Security Department said Del Bianchi, who has an 11-year-old daughter called Julia, was not wearing a seatbelt when the accident occurred.
She had been returning from a nightclub with her friend, who was driving the car and was wearing a seatbelt.
An investigation has been launched by local authorities as tributes flooded in for the Brazilian, including from Nicoli. The pair dated between 2022 and 2023.

'It's blackkkk... The sky is partying right now!' Nicoli wrote in an emotional post on Instagram.
'I love you and I'll love you forever, thank you for being a light in times when I needed it to be, thank you for be tough when I needed you to, thank you so much.
'I am proud of you of the woman you are, the MOTHER you are, dreamer, fighter! You inspired me a lot.
'Like we talked about and it will always be like this, I love you forever, FOREVER. And of your little cutie, now more than anything, she'll be ours, I'll take care of you and us. I love you for eternity.'
Nicoli then posted videos of the two of them together with another heartfelt message.
'Even though we know that one day life will end, we are never prepared to lose someone,' the Man City forward wrote.
'Today heaven gained a piece of what I loved most on Earth.
'It hurts to know that I can't hug you anymore, but I feel you in every silence, in every good memory. Nothing will erase what we live. Our love doesn't end here — it's just moved places.'
