NBA star Damian Lillard has urged the Raiders to trade for Shedeur Sanders following another difficult performance for quarterback Geno Smith.
The Las Vegas passer threw two more interceptions in his team's 40-6 loss to the Colts, and has had a league-leading nine passes picked off through five games.
And as Las Vegas fell to 1-4 on the season, Lillard had a message for the silver and black.
'Time to gone ahead and trade for shedeur man smfh,' he wrote on X.
He later mentioned the Raiders and Smith more specifically as he responded to a fan who accused the quarterback of being 'washed.'
'He not washed… he just turning the ball over. But it’s time to get shedeur on the team and get ready for the future,' the Blazers guard said.

Sanders, meanwhile, remains behind fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel and Joe Flacco on the Browns' depth chart, as the former made his first start for the team on Sunday.
Gabriel put together an encouraging performance in London against the Vikings as he threw for two touchdowns in a 21-17 loss.
Nonetheless, plenty of focus remains on Sanders as the former Colorado star and one-time presumptive first-round pick is still the No. 3 quarterback on the Browns' depth chart.
The passer raised eyebrows with his curious response to Gabriel's promotion last week, as he remained silent and mimed an answer when asked about the move by reporters.
Nonetheless, it's been reported that the Browns will likely give Sanders some playing time this season.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that Sanders is expected to play for Cleveland this year 'when he's ready.'
However, he noted that the Browns - who selected him in the fifth round of this year's NFL Draft - want him to have a full week of practice and a game plan tailored to him.
It's been reported that Sanders will see the field for the Browns at some point this season
Sanders previously gave a brash assessment of some of his fellow quarterbacks in the NFL.
'I know if you see the quarterback play in the league right now, I know I'm capable of doing better than that,' he told ESPN Cleveland late last month.
He shined in his preseason debut for the Browns as he tossed two touchdowns and completed 14 of 23 passes against the Panthers.
However, he missed his team's second preseason game with an oblique injury and took five sacks in the preseason finale against the Rams.
Lillard, meanwhile, is expected to miss the entirety of this NBA season after tearing his Achilles in last year's postseason while playing for the Bucks.
He returned to the Blazers over the summer following two years in Milwaukee.
