Nicho Hynes' new fiancée Piper Wallis was left shocked when her long-time partner proposed to her on Sydney Harbour – but the NRL star has now revealed he also meticulously planned another heartwarming surprise for her.
Hynes put a lot of time and effort into how he'd pop the question, and was rewarded when he got down on one knee with the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House playing second fiddle in the background last Sunday.
It's now been revealed that the proposal was just the start of an incredible celebration for the happy couple.
After Wallis said yes and the pair made their engagement official, they went back home with Hynes making sure many of their closest family and friends were waiting to celebrate with them.
Wallis, 25, had no idea and was left shocked in the best possible way when she walked into the backyard.

'I'm just absolutely over the moon,' Wallis told News Corp.
'I'm still processing everything that happened and all the hard work Nicho and all our friends and family put into it.
'I'm just so happy and overwhelmed by all the love.'
Hynes revealed that he and Wallis have not chosen a specific date or venue for their wedding.
'We're going to enjoy the engagement and sharing this special time with our friends and family,' he said.
'We'll possibly look into dates and venues for late next year.'
Hynes and Wallis have been very private about their relationship.
But the pair showed no sign of wanting to keep the latest development to themselves, and have proudly shared the details of the engagement all over social media.

Wallis and Hynes went on holidays to the Cook Islands in October, after the Sharks star's season ended following the loss to Melbourne in the preliminary final.
In June, Wallis marked their one-year anniversary by posting a series of photos to Instagram celebrating the milestone and offering followers a surprising glimpse of their very private relationship.
The montage featured touching moments from the last year, including shots of them at the beach, attending a wedding and away on holidays together.
Wallis also posted a shot of the couple holding a baby – which some fans mistakenly thought was theirs.
'Can't believe you hid a whole pregnancy,' posted one follower.
'Congrats guys,' said another.
