ESPN presenter Erin Dolan has revealed the 'biggest thing' that makes her relationship with MLB star Alec Bohm work.
Sports betting analyst Dolan - who recently signed a multi-year contract renewal with the network - went public with her relationship with Bohm earlier this year.
After posting pictures alongside Dolan in an Instagram dump, however, the couple decided to keep things fairly lowkey for the months that followed.
However, now, Dolan has opened up on their relationship and admitted that - despite their hectic schedules - 'somehow it just works'.
Speaking to the New York Post, she said: 'I think the biggest thing is, it's nice having somebody in the same space as you that understands you [and] gets it.
'He has a crazy schedule. I have a crazy schedule… I know that things are going to be different in terms of, he'll have an off day on a Monday or a Thursday, and I'll have an off day on a Wednesday. It's just all over the place, but somehow it just works.

'When he's in his busy season, I'm not - and when I'm in my busy season, he's not. So, it's just a balancing act. But he's the best.
'It's awesome to have somebody who's in your corner, and again, gets the criticism and the daily pressure that you're under. Because not many people can relate to that.'
Dolan and Bohm have long been rumored a couple but the Philadelphia native addressed the whispers before the Super Bowl earlier this year.
'Yes. I do date Alec Bohm, everyone knows that,' she said.
'Last Super Bowl, I brought my brother as my security guard. This year, Alec is coming, so we're going to go to the game together,' she added.
'Having someone who's in the same industry [and being able] to support each other is great, just because you deal with the same outside noise a lot of people don't understand.
