Ahead of a possible labor dispute, former WNBA star-turned-OnlyFans model Liz Cambage is encouraging women's basketball players to consider finding the cash they want off the court.

Cambage, who left the WNBA in the middle of the 2022 season, began an OnlyFans page in 2025.

She's claimed to have earned more money from her first week on the adult content creator website than from her entire career playing basketball.

Chatting to TMZ as she walked through the airport in Los Angeles, Cambage encouraged players in the W to consider alternative ways to get paid - especially with the upcoming expiration of the league's collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with the players threatening the 2026 season.

'I feel like women gotta make more money playing the sport they love,' Camabge told the outlet.

'I think everyone has gotta get it how they can ... as I'm standing here in a mink.'

Cambage is making over a million dollars a year from the platform, much more than in the W

Cambage added some advice: 'Just be you. Stick to your personality. I feel like back in the day, there wasn't an opportunity or a space for women to be who they are, but now, I feel like women being more girly or earning their sexuality more, and it's fun.'

The former Los Angeles Sparks star, who was rumored to be romantically involved with Kevin Durant, says she is earning over a million dollars per year off the platform.

Her comments come at a time where the biggest contract in the WNBA, belonging to Dallas Wings star Arike Ogunbowale, has a total value of over $725,000 and earns her just under $242k per year.

The players are hoping to change that as the league's CBA will expire at the end of October. It appears that a lockout is highly possible, with league revenues and attention at an all-time high thanks to a group of young stars like Paige Bueckers, Angel Reese, and Caitlin Clark.

However, the most a rookie can make in the WNBA is just $348,198 on a four-year deal - coming out to $78,831 per year.

By comparison, the 3v3 Unrivaled league has reported salaries for top players of over $350,000 as well as substantial bonuses for good performance in a competition that had 48 total games in 2025.

The WNBPA - the union representing the players - is hoping this next agreement will net the athletes more money and better contracts.

Recent comments about WNBA leadership from players - sparked by a firey press conference from Minnesota Lynx star Napheesa Collier - indicate that the players are willing to fight to get what's theirs
