TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) forecasts clear weather for most of the Jakarta area on Wednesday morning.
According to data from the official BMKG Instagram account (@infobmkg) on Wednesday, Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, and West Jakarta are expected to experience clear weather in the morning.
Meanwhile, North Jakarta and the Thousand Islands Regency are predicted to see partly cloudy skies at 07:00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time).
Later, at 13:00 WIB, the entire Jakarta area is forecast to be partly cloudy.
Partly cloudy conditions are expected to persist in South Jakarta and East Jakarta on Wednesday afternoon at 16:00 WIB. Meanwhile, West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and North Jakarta are predicted to be clear. The Thousand Islands are forecast to be cloudy during that time.
Then, at 19:00 WIB, the entire Jakarta area is predicted to be partly cloudy.
Partly cloudy conditions are expected to continue across the entire Jakarta area from 22:00 WIB through to the early hours of Thursday.
Air temperatures in Jakarta are estimated to range between 26 and 35 degrees Celsius.
The BMKG also stated that wind speeds will range from 2 kilometers (km) per hour to 23 km per hour.
