TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer, VinFast, has introduced three electric motorcycles, Evo, Feliz II, and Viper, to the Indonesian market on Saturday, July 18, 2026. All three products are fully imported or completely built-up (CBU).
"For over a month, we've been running an early booking program, with people wondering when the motorcycles will arrive. And today, we're presenting them live," said Yordan Satriadi, Vinfast Indonesia's e-Motorcycle CEO, at Tribeca Park, Jakarta, on Saturday.
Yordan detailed the prices of the three VinFast electric motorcycles. The Evo model is priced at Rp17,500,000 per unit for Jakarta. There are four available colors: olive, solid black, red candy tone, and white cyan.
The Feliz II model is sold for Rp18,500,000 per unit with four colors, while the Viper model is priced at Rp22,000,000 per unit. Yordan explained that the selling prices include a battery subscription package.
Of the three types, Yordan stated that the Evo is able to reach 150 kilometers of distance with two batteries, while the Viper and Feliz II can cover 145 kilometers on a single charge. Yordan also mentioned that the purchase of VinFast motorcycles will include a battery warranty for up to six years or a mileage equivalent of 72,000 kilometers.
Specifically for purchases made on the launch day, Yordan said VinFast would provide an additional one-year battery subscription or 20 battery exchanges per month for a year at V-Green battery exchange stations. Yordan mentioned that buyers could also convert this promotion into cash worth Rp1,150,000.
Regarding the batteries, Yordan stated that all three motorcycles use IP 67 with LFP capacity. "In the future, we will update if there are any upgrades from our production," he added.
Yordan confirmed that the delivery of electric motorcycle units would commence this month. However, dealers will prioritize deliveries for transactions during the early booking period. Although presenting a variety of colors for each motorcycle type, Yordan mentioned that dealers may not be able to fulfill every consumer's request.
"There are certain colors that are highly prioritized. It's understandable that as demand increases, there will be waiting times," he said.
Yordan mentioned that VinFast currently has a total of 2,000 battery exchange stations in collaboration with V-Green. Additionally, VinFast currently has a total of 20 electric motorcycle dealers spread across Greater Jakarta, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Bali.
