TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The prosecutor's office has transferred the case files of nine suspects involved in the alleged criminal corruption of crude oil and oil product management at PT Pertamina Persero to the Central Jakarta District Court.
On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, the Head of the Central Jakarta District Attorney's Office, Safrianto Zuriat Putra, submitted the case files of Pertamina's corruption.
"Today, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, the public prosecutor at the Central Jakarta District Attorney's Office transferred the case to the Corruption Crime Court at the 1A Special Class of the Central Jakarta District Court for the criminal corruption, crude oil, and refinery product management of PT Pertamina Persero involving 9 defendants," Safrianto said on Wednesday.
The nine suspects of Pertamina's crude oil corruption are:
1. Riva Siahaan (RS), as the President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga in 2023
2. Sani Dinar Saifuddin (SDS), as the Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional
3. Yoki Firnandi (YF), as the President Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping
4. Agus Purwono (AP), as the VP Feedstock Management at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional
5. Maya Kusmaya (MK), as the Director of Marketing and Trade at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga
6. Edward Corne (EC), as the VP Trading Operations at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga
7. Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR), as the beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa
8. Dimas Werhaspati (DW), as the Commissioner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa and also the Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim
9. Gading Ramadhan Joedo (GRJ), as the Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim and the President Director of PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
Safrianto mentioned that in the case of alleged corruption in the management of crude oil and refinery products at PT Pertamina Persero, the investigators have named 18 suspects.
He stated that the suspects' corruption activities range from upstream to downstream and include crude oil and fuel imports and exports, shipment of crude oil and fuel, fuel terminal leases, fuel compensation, and sale of subsidized diesel below the bottom price.
"Their actions have caused state financial losses amounting to Rp285.185.919.576.620 (Rp285.1 trillion)," he said.
As for the nine suspects whose case files have been transferred to the court, Safrianto mentioned that the public prosecutors are charging them under Article 2 Paragraph 1, Article 3, jo Article 18 of the Anti-Corruption Law concerning Article 55 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 of the Criminal Code.
