Daejon Love has been pictured for the first time since being arrested last week after being accused of posing as an NFL player to swindle millions of dollars from women.
Love is seen in a jail-issued orange top staring menacingly at the camera in his mugshot obtained by the Daily Mail, taken shortly after he was taken into custody in Idaho last week.
The 35-year-old, who allegedly pretended to play for the 49ers as part of his scheme, has pursed lips and furrowed eyebrows in the angry-looking photo.
Prosecutors are pushing to keep the alleged fraudster behind bars after he is accused of attempting to swindle multiple women he met on dating apps to prop up fake investments by posing as a 49ers player.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, prosecutors are asking a judge to keep Love detained - arguing that evidence against him is strong and he has 'every incentive to flee.'
Last week, it was announced by the Department of Justice that Daejon Labrayae Love, 35, and alleged accomplice, Taylor Jamie Chan, 18, were arrested earlier this week at an airport in Boise, Idaho.

The criminal complaint, obtained by the Daily Mail, lays out evidence against Love - including an alleged lie to at least one woman that he was related to Jordan Love, the quarterback for the Green Bay Packers.
Additionally, Daejon falsely claimed he had relationships with Tyreek Hill, Antonio Brown and John Brown.
In the complaint, details of Love's scheme with one woman revealed that he convinced her to send him $17,200 after they met on Tinder in March of 2025. The two went on a date, with Love later asking 'about her financial situation and if she was interested in investing.'
'[The woman] did not receive any confirmation of the investments,' the complaint said. 'When [the woman] asked Love about the investments, Love stopped communicating with her.'
Per the court filing, Love claimed to have exercised with various NFL players - including Hill and Brown. The filing also says Love claimed to have received 'invitations to try out with NFL teams' before he 'chose' the 49ers.
The federal complaint - which was filed in Portland, Oregon - reveals Love and Chan have been charged with wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
The criminal complaint shows that, beginning in February 2022, Love and Chan allegedly created fake investment opportunities to defraud women in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California.
It's alleged that Love initiated contact with most of the women through online dating apps while Chan would pose as Love's financial adviser to gain their victims' trust and talk victims through prospective investments.

Love allegedly also created fake bank and investment accounts and balances, which he would flaunt to victims in an effort to legitimize the alleged scheme.
The pair allegedly also exchanged investment-related messages, in which Chan played the role of Love's investment advisor. Love allegedly would screenshot Chan's messages and send them to victims to convince them to part with their money.
The pair also hosted three-way FaceTime calls in which they displayed falsified gains to victims, according to the criminal complaint.
As well as sending money they thought was being invested, victims also loaned Love large amounts.
If they didn't have money to invest, Love allegedly instructed victims to take out personal loans with the promise they would quickly get repaid.
Once they had no more money to invest, or if they asked too many questions, Love allegedly blocked his victims but kept their money.
He has used several names including Jon Love, Daejon Love, Avril Lyto Love, and Jordan Love to perpetuate the scheme, according to the criminal complaint.
Of the victims that have so far been identified and interviewed, none have received any returns.
Financial records show Love and Chan received around $1.3m from their victims, according to the criminal complaint. There have been 26 identified. The FBI, however, believes there are far more.

The FBI discovered that, on August 24, Chan was flying from California to meet up with Love in Boise. Love was in Idaho allegedly to meet new victims and officers swooped to apprehend both of them at an airport.
In the days since the scheme was uncovered, social media has mocked Love and his 'ties' to the 49ers.
Even Niners passing game coach Leonard Hankerson joined in with jokes, using AI to create a fake image of Love standing next to him on the field.
Former San Francisco pass catcher Kendrick Bourne went to the comments and joked, 'Man I knew you was coaching him [laughing emojis].'
Hankerson replied, 'Man I hate we lost him.... He was balling!!!'
Others have created similar fake images of themselves signing NFL contracts or practicing to join in on the internet dogpile.
