TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung said he will soon realize 40 programs within the first 100 days of his administration. According to him, some of these programs are relevant to the real problems faced by Jakarta residents.
“Among the programs are things related to the Smart Jakarta Card, Jakarta Healthy, and withheld diplomas,” said Pramono at the Jakarta City Hall after the handover ceremony on Thursday, January 20, 2025.
The Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) politician stated that, apart from education-related programs, his administration will work on park arrangements. He stated that the five main parks in Jakarta will begin to open 24 hours a day within the first 100 days of his term.
Pramono mentioned that there are still budget-related adjustments that his team must make, but he claimed committed to realizing the programs. “And we have broken down the budgets,” he said.
Today marks the first day of Pramono’s term, alongside his deputy Rano Karno. They were both inaugurated at State Palace with other regional heads across Indonesia.
Acting Governor of Jakarta Teguh Setyabudi welcomed Pramono and Rano’s arrival at the Jakarta City Hall after their inauguration.
