The gold price from PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) fell again in today's trading, Saturday, January 17, 2026. The price of Antam gold today dropped by Rp6,000 per gram compared to yesterday.
Quoting the Logam Mulia website, the gold price today is recorded at Rp2,663,000 per gram. On January 16, the gold price was recorded at Rp2,669,000 per gram, which is a decrease of Rp6,000 from the previous day. Gold reached its all-time high at Rp2,675,000 per gram on January 15, 2025.
The buyback price of Antam gold bars today dropped by Rp6,000 to Rp2,509,000 per gram. Buyback transactions with a value above Rp10,000,000 will be subject to a 1.5 percent income tax (PPh 22).
This rule is in accordance with the Change of Minister of Finance Regulation Number 112/PMK.03/2022 concerning the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) for individuals, business entities, and government institutions. This change also includes the use of the National Population Registration Number (NIK) as NPWP. PPh 22 will be automatically deducted from the total value of sales or buyback transactions.
