BABYMONSTER to Greet Fans at Adidas Orchard Ignition in Singapore

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - K-pop girl group BABYMONSTER will greet fans in Singapore this August ahead of their scheduled “Choom” concert in November. The group will appear at Adidas Orchard Ignition, a two-day event taking place on August 29 and 30.

According to CNA, the event is a collaboration between Adidas and the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula 1 team. It will feature a Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 garage pop-up, a live race car demonstration and performances by Singaporean artists Benjamin Kheng and Iman Fandi.

BABYMONSTER will take part in several activities on August 30. From 3 p.m., the group will participate in the live race car demonstration on the temporary 600-meter track along Orchard Road. The members will conduct the official flag-off before joining a hot lap in a Mercedes-AMG car featuring Singapore-exclusive livery. The race car demo is free and open to the public.

Later that day, BABYMONSTER will appear at a fan festival at Design Orchard, running from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. The event will also feature performances by Benjamin Kheng and Iman Fandi, as well as a DJ set by Kiara. However, BABYMONSTER’s appearance from 6 p.m. to 6.35 p.m. will be limited to ticketed winners, while the other performances from 6.35 p.m. onwards will be free, subject to controlled entry.

Fans can participate in Adidas promotions through August 25 for a chance to win tickets to the fan festival, with details available on Adidas Singapore’s social media pages. BABYMONSTER will return to Singapore in November for their Choom concert at Singapore Indoor Stadium on Nov 28 and 29, with tickets priced between S$168 and S$358.
